True Love & Relationships
“True love” is a feeling which is very difficult to define as well as understand as love is beyond logic and explanation. It has no shape, form and formula. It is a feeling which brings smiles and tears for no reason and which wants our happiness only but without any special purpose. So if love is so complicated then think defining true love in any relationship would not be an easy job.
But still I dared to write on this topic as I think we have time for everything but not for thinking what actually true love is and who actually does that to us?
Well true love is that emotion which is through heart and not germinated using gray matter, hence it is very pure. It has no motive and it never manipulates anything. The person who loves us accepts the way we are. He never attempts to change us forcefully. He respects our true identity and our true self that may be hidden to the outer world. It is like a mirror that shows what we actually are and never plays with our reflection.
Now coming on relationships whose foundation is made through true love are again like a puzzle. Whole life we keep on searching for them may be covering miles to find them but actually miss the ones who are staying very near. We like the ones who pretend and who speaks what they want us to be and in this manner they shadow that part that actually comprises our actual self. We keep on moving away from those who liked our true image in order to build a cordial bridge to reach those who can never be ours.
Some of the moments defining true love:
A mother giving her share of sweets to her child despite of the fact that it’s her favorite ones.
A father playing with his child after coming from his office though he is very tired due to the overtime work.
An elder sibling sharing his birthday presents with the younger one.
A wife preparing her husband’s favorite vegetable although she knows that she is allergic to it.
A husband saving money for his wife’s birthday to present her that expensive dress on which her eyes got struck during the last window shopping they did together.
Examples can be many but gesture is only one and that is to give happiness and to accept the individuality of the person to whom he loves truly. But if that other one doesn’t understand then he is humiliating the gift of God in the form of true love.
So next time identify and respect the true love as it’s the most precious wealth one can ever have…….
